Mr. Jaekel has served the investigation industry for over 25 years, garnering experience as a Provincial Officer and undercover operative and then focusing on insurance and corporate fraud mitigation. In addition to being licenced across Canada, he has handled assignments throughout Canada, the United States, the Caribbean, Central and South America, Europe, Australia, Middle East and Asia. His client partners include Fortune 500 companies and global insurers. Mr. Jaekel is a published author, Certified Fraud Examiner, passionate entrepreneur, sought after speaker and is recognized as a leader in the investigation community across Canada. His industry commitments also include being a Director, Editor and the President of the International Association of Arson Investigators - Ontario Chapter. He is currently involved with many other industry associations.

Cynthia Dilney, CPB
Manager
Human Resources and Finance

Ms. Dilney joined the parent company of Corporate Risk Solutions Canada, Whitehall Bureau of Canada, in 2005 after operating a successful business. Her responsibilities include Human Resources Management, Systems Management and overseeing the financial operations of all Whitehall brand companies.

Ms. Dilney is a member of the Canadian Payroll Association and the Certified Bookkeepers Association.

 

Anita McClung
Senior Case Manager

Ms. McClung joined the parent company of Corporate Risk Solutions Canada, Whitehall Bureau of Canada, in 1998 in an administrative capacity. Throughout her career, she has grown to develop lasting relationships within the adjusting, corporate and legal communities based on her sincerity and integrity.

A survivor of Breast Cancer, she exemplifies the traits of a remarkable person – the courage to fight and a will to win.

As a senior Case Manager, she handles large national accounts for the Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurers, as well as providing support for corporate accounts when so called upon. Ms. McClung also provides training to staff for report writing and effective techniques as an investigator to ensure success on her cases.
